Visited a fantastic smokehouse in Eyemouth today.  Nice to see people still smoking fish in a traditional smokehouse over smouldering oak chips with locally landed haddock.  Really looking forward to using smoked haddock at the market tomorrow - definitely going on the brunch menu.
