We settled on some of Hugh Grierson’s beautiful organic lamb.  We’ll be at Edinburgh Farmers’ Market tomorrow cooking and serving brunch and lunch cooked using this and other produce from the stallholders, to diners seated at an open-air communal table for twelve.
